TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
- All art may or will include a subtle sign/watermark that you cannot remove.- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.- Prices are subject to change based on demand.PAYMENTS
- 50/50 or full payment must be followed.- 50% of the payment upon finishing the sketch of the commission and 50% upon completion or 100% upfront / after sketch.- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 100% of the price of the commissioned art work.- All transactions are made through preferred and available payment methods when you order from my request form (Via Vgen) or me directly.REVISIONS
- You have 3 revision during the process of making the commissioned artwork.- Once the artwork is completed, a fee will be added if you want something changed. Unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
- Once the commission is accepted and in progress, you can no longer refund.- I will notify you when I have started on your commission. You, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.- While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from a few hours, days or weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons. I will let you know beforehand.- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.USE
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use and artist should be credited.- Commissioner can post the commissioned artwork in any social media platform or website with credit.- Commissioner will NOT make any profits from the commissioned artwork (via reselling, redistributing, prints for selling, etc.)COPYRIGHT / PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I may use the artwork to:
- Promote myself and my services.
- Post on social media and in my portfolio.
- Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only)If NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional puposes.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)COMMUNICATION
- Updates and communication will be done in any preferred and available social media platforms, etc.- If I do not receive a response within 1 week, the commissioned artwork will be delivered as is.

As the artist,
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications, any social media platform.
